K Dogg’s Quick Movie Review

Here’s a short review of a recent movie I've seen.

Movie: 21 Grams

This movie is about how the lives of three people: Christina (Watts) a mom, Paul (Penn) a transplant patient, and Jack (Del Toro) an ex-con, are all intertwined. Jack is in an accident that kills Christina's family and from this accident Paul gets the organ transplant he needs to stay alive. I found this to be a pretty weird and morbid movie. It jumps around in time a lot during the movie so the story is not told in standard time sequence. I found this extremely annoying at first, but as the movie went on I got a little more used to it. I didn't find it all that great, it was a little too much of a downer for my tastes. This also marks the first time in history that I have seen two Sean Penn movies in the span of a week.
