K Dogg’s Quick Movie Review

Here’s a short review of a recent movie I've seen.

Movie: American Wedding

This is the third movie in the American Pie trifecta. In this installment, Jim (Jason Biggs) opens the movie by popping the marriage question to his girlfriend, the band dork, Michelle (Alyson Hannigan). So the rest of the gang helps Jim and Michelle prepare for the wedding, trying to keep this event unknown to Stifler (Seann William Scott) since they believe his obnoxious behavior will ruin it. This nowhere as good as the other two movies. It was like the other movies but with much more of an estrogen base. I found it annoying that all of the characters have seemed to mature except for Stifler who has gotten dumber. Moreover, Michelle's character appears much more mature and grown up, but all of the sudden would flip back to acting like a high school kid. I don't know why, but I really found this annoying. On the plus side, the chicks that get naked at the bachelor are much better looking than the chicks that got naked in the other movies. One of the girls was former Barker's Beauty and former Playmate Nikki Ziering. All in all I wouldn't bother renting this movie unless you've seen the other two movies, then I would say to see it just for completeness sake.
