Heres a short review of a recent movie Ive seen.
Movie: Star Wars Episode II: The Attack of the Clones
Starring: Natalie Portman
Co-starring: Samuel L. Jackson
Rated PG
Time: approx. 135 min.
This is the second of the new Star Wars movies. This one takes place 10 years after the previous movie. Some of the states of the Republic are wanting to separate from it. The fear is with the split of the Republic, the Jedi will be unable to keep peace throughout the galaxy and that an army would be necessary. It is a complex story to try to explain. Young Anikan Skywalker is now a punk young man that may be too cocky for his own good. He is assigned to protect the former queen who is now a senator from an assassination attempt. He reveals also how much he cares for her. This movie was better than The Phantom Menace. It starts out well and ends well. The middle is a bit boring. The visual stuff in this movie are very impressive. Yoda also kicks some butt in this movie, so that's pretty cool. I think that you have to see this movie in the theatre. This movie and Spider-Man are the movies to see this summer.
