K Dogg’s Quick Movie Review

Here’s a short review of a recent movie I’ve seen.

Movie: Catch Me If You Can

Starring: Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, Christopher Walken

Co-starring:

Rated PG-13

Time: approx. 140 min.

In this movie from Steven Spielberg, Leonardo DiCaprio plays Frank Abagnale, Jr., a teenager who runs away from home after he learns that his parents are divorcing. He survives on the road by using counterfeit checks and by posing as various professionals. He poses as a pilot, doctor, and a lawyer. Tom Hanks plays the FBI Agent trying to hunt down and capture Frank. I thought this was a pretty interesting movie. I thought it was pretty amazing that Leonardo DiCaprio still does look like a 17 year old kid, so I thought he was a pretty good choice for the role. Also, you can't go wrong with Tom Hanks. It isn't as good as his guest appearances on Happy Days and Family Ties, but what can you do? I think this movie is worth watching.
