Billy Bob plays a racist prison guard who falls in love with the wife (Halle Berry) of one of the criminals (Sean Combs) he participates in executing. He does this after he helps her during a automobile accident. This movie is kind of weird. I didn't quite understand why some things took place nor while Billy Bob's character hated his son so much. On the plus side of this movie, Halle Berry gets naked. Even if it didn't have that I would have been watching the movie just as intently. I believe Halle Berry was nominated for and won the best actress award for this role. I could take or leave this movie. It wasn't that great, but it did keep my attention.
