Here’s a short review of a recent movie I’ve seen.

Movie: The Count of Monte Cristo

Time: approx. 131 min.

The movie adaptation of the famous book, by Alexandre Dumas, of same name. This story is about a guy who was framed as a traitor by his best friend who was jealous of him. He is imprisioned for many, many years. He escapes, finds wealth, and uses that wealth to transform his identity to The Count of Monte Cristo to exact his revenge on his enemies. This movie was pretty good. It has a very simple, straight-forward, man's type movie. This story also inspired one of the sweetest nicknames for Apollo Creed in the movie Rocky, The Count of Monte Fisto.
