Movie: Philadelphia
Tom Hanks portrays a gay lawyer with AIDS who sues his former employers for wrongful termination after he was fired for what he believes was discrimination. Denzel Washington plays Hanks' attorney who takes the case even though he has a few problems with gay people. This was a pretty good movie. It is worth watching. I'm not sure exactly why it was suppose to be a movie of the year.
