This movie is about the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. It attempts to tell both Japanese and the American sides of the historical event. I believe this movie was made by the same people that made The Longest Day. This movie also used two directors, one for the Japanese footage and one for the American footage. This movie beats the crap out of the movie Pearl Harbor. This movie lets the historical event stand on its own and doesn't try to go after a mass audience by throwing in a love story. All in all this is a very good movie. The DVD for this movie also has an interesting 20 minute documentary included. I would say this movie is worth checking out.
